About The Position

The Community Banking, Relationship Manager is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and expansion of new and existing loans, deposit, and treasury relationships within small business and community banking sectors. This role will cover Waukesha and Milwaukee counties.

Requirements

  • Experience in community banking or a related field
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to meet annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume
  • Proficient in call planning and prospecting for new business opportunities

  • Experience with treasury management services
  • Knowledge of small business lending
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting, and fee income generation
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have a focus on community banking.
