Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate cash handling skills and customer service experience.
• Skills: Reading, writing, grammar, math, interpersonal, communication, attention to detail, organization, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift/move 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers courteously, following Bank Service Excellence Standards.
• Handle deposits, cash checks, process payments, and sell Official Checks.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, process night and mail deposits, and service ATMs.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate team members.
• Generate referrals to internal Business Partners.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
