About The Position

As a Community Banker Intern, you will assist customers with financial transactions, provide excellent customer service, and gain practical experience in banking operations. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about banking procedures, compliance, and customer relationship management while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus

Responsibilities

Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Provide account information and assist with inquiries regarding bank services.
Ensure accuracy in handling cash, checks, and financial documents
Support branch staff with daily operations and special projects.
Promote bank products and services as appropriate
Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements applicable to this position.
Foster and preserve a culture of inclusion.
