About The Position
Assists with the day-to-day management of relationships with TSRE less than $2.5MM as the first line of defense for the Community Bank's credit risk organization and assisting with the renewal process, including collecting information need for the renewal and proper loan structuring; providing ongoing credit servicing; portfolio monitoring; and problem loan identification within the Synovus risk framework. Assists Community Banking partners with the day-to-day management of existing commercial customer portfolios to include monitoring existing credits for issues or concerns, performing financial calculations to support ongoing risk management, facilitating the credit renewal process, and assisting with new credit requests. Serves as an additional or primary point of customer contact, maintaining a high level of responsiveness for existing credit facilities.
