As a Market President, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, managing commercial lending operations, and leading high-performing teams across Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado. Requirements

• Proven experience in community bank commercial lending and banking leadership.
• Strong local business network.
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management expertise.
• Passion for coaching teams and building meaningful customer relationships.
• A leader who models G.S.D. in every interaction.
• Commitment to compliance and operational excellence.
• Finance or Accounting Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years Commercial experience.
• Related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic goals to expand commercial lending and overall market presence.
• Hire, mentor, and manage commercial lending staff; oversee training and professional development.
• Review and approve complex loan packages, ensure compliance, and support relationship managers in structuring deals.
• Deepen existing relationships and cultivate new business through community engagement and personalized support.
• Partner with Retail leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience across regional branches.
• Be a visible, values-driven leader in the community — trusted, approachable, and integrity-first.
