Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking an onsite Community Association Manager for one of our communities in the Davenport, FL area. Applicants should have experience with site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day-to-day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors. Applicants must also be knowledgeable with Florida Statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association. Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Experience in Association Software such as Caliber is helpful. Community Association Managers are responsible for the management and day-to-day implementation of the procedures and programs that will ensure well-managed and maintained property. Leland CAM's place the highest emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of Association Board Members and Homeowners. Ability to work with a team. Leland managers are supported by a large team of accounting, administrative, mailroom, architectural review and other support staff. The ability to communicate with the team is essential. Operations Management: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the on-site property to ensure excellent service. Property Maintenance: Solicit bids, provide comparisons, monitor all maintenance programs relating to the property and aesthetic appearance, and oversee vendors to ensure property standards. Process work orders and regularly enter and track violations to ensure compliance with community standards. Owner Representation: Serve as the primary liaison for the Board and homeowners, utilizing sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts. Communication: Manage individual account information with the utmost confidentiality, communicating professionally both orally and in writing. Utilize property and company software, including Caliber, gate access and camera systems, electronic voting platforms, Document Locator, and SharePoint, and use Microsoft Office programs. Coordinates, negotiates, and issues vendor contracts for property services in accordance with the management agreement. Prepares the monthly board package for the Board of Directors, including management reports outlining required actions, proposals, correspondence, and financial statements. Monitors financial performance, identifies trends, assists with budget preparation, and reviews attorney status reports.
