About The Position
The Land Community Association Manager supports the Legal Team, Land Teams and Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities include HOA oversight, to include but not limited to, HOA Abstracts, working with existing HOA management companies, setting up new HOA’s, establishing HOA Boards when needed, transition of HOA Boards, Assessment invoices, etc., until closeout. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
