About The Position
Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking an experienced Dedicated Onsite Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with a flexible remote work arrangement to lead a master-planned community with over 1,100 single-family homes and townhomes in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time position may require occasional nights and weekends and offers a comprehensive benefits package. As a Community Association Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with governing documents, and provide outstanding service to Board Members and homeowners. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the community’s integrity, appearance, and financial health.
