Responsibilities

  • Prepare the center for opening by ensuring all areas are clean and ready for customers.
  • Assist customers with various requests, including WiFi code changes and package inquiries.
  • Provide directions and support for meeting room setups, including technical assistance with projectors.
  • Manage customer communications, including phone calls and emails regarding service inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate billing by confirming that all services are properly charged and invoices are correct.
  • Sort and manage incoming mail and packages for customers.
