About The Position

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG includes preparing the center for opening, assisting customers with various requests, managing mail, organizing events, and ensuring a tidy environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems independently.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with adaptability to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the center for opening and ensure everything is ready for customers.
• Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, package inquiries, and meeting room setups.
• Manage administrative tasks including sorting mail and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Organize networking events and communicate with customers about them.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers.
