About The Position

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers, so that your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day includes preparing the center for opening, assisting customers with various requests, managing mail, organizing events, and ensuring a tidy environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with adaptability to change.
  • Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the USA and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the center for opening and ensure cleanliness.
  • Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, package inquiries, and meeting room setups.
  • Manage customer invoices and ensure services are properly charged.
  • Sort and manage incoming mail.
  • Organize networking events and communicate with customers about them.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers.
