About The Position

As a Community Associate at IWG, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a welcoming community within your workspace center. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional administrative and support services to both new and existing customers, allowing them to concentrate on their business operations. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all while fostering a positive environment for customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the center operates smoothly.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, including WiFi codes, package arrivals, and meeting room setups.
  • Handle customer requests efficiently, including printing and invoicing support.
  • Organize and promote networking events within the center, including creating e-invites and posters.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers throughout the day.
