About The Position

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and ownership of tasks.
  • Positive and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
  • Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the center is ready for customers before opening.
  • Assist customers with various requests, including WiFi codes, package inquiries, and meeting room setups.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Organize and plan networking events, including creating e-invites and posters.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers.
