About The Position

As a Community Associate at IWG, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a vibrant community within your workspace center. Your primary responsibility will be to support both new and existing customers across various industries, ensuring that their administrative and support needs are met so they can focus on their core business activities. This position is essential in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment that enhances customer satisfaction and engagement. A typical day will involve a variety of tasks that require excellent multitasking abilities and a customer-centric approach. You will start your day by preparing the center for opening, ensuring that everything is in order and ready for the arrival of customers. Throughout the day, you will handle a range of customer requests, from providing WiFi codes to assisting with meeting room setups and managing incoming calls. Your role will also include sorting mail, managing invoices, and addressing any service issues that arise, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. In addition to daily operational tasks, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to organize events and activities that promote networking and community engagement. This includes planning and executing promotional materials, such as e-invites and posters, to encourage participation in events. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers will be crucial in promoting the benefits of being part of the IWG community. Overall, this position offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop your skills in customer service, event planning, and community management, all while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
