As a Community Associate at IWG, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a vibrant community within your center. Your primary responsibility will be to support new and existing customers across various industries, ensuring that their administrative and support needs are met so they can focus on running their businesses. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with a range of requests from technical support to logistical inquiries. Your day will begin with preparing the center for opening, ensuring that everything is in order and ready for the arrival of customers. Throughout the day, you will handle various customer requests, such as providing WiFi codes, checking on package deliveries, and assisting with meeting room setups. You will also manage the mail, sort through customer requests, and ensure that all services are accurately charged for invoicing purposes. In addition to daily customer interactions, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, create promotional materials, and engage with potential new customers. Your role will require you to be proactive in problem-solving and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the center. You will need to balance multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service, making it essential to be a good communicator who can build strong professional relationships.
