About The Position

As a Community Associate at IWG, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a welcoming community for customers in your center. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, providing customer support, and ensuring a smooth operation of the workspace environment. This position emphasizes customer service and community engagement, allowing you to contribute to a positive work atmosphere while supporting the needs of diverse clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Problem-solving skills and ownership of tasks.
• Positive and adaptable attitude in fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and support needs for customers in the center.
• Assist customers with inquiries and requests, such as WiFi codes and package arrivals.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for services provided to customers.
• Organize and promote networking events within the center.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on various tasks and projects.
