  • Manage administrative and support needs for customers in the center.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and requests, such as WiFi codes and package arrivals.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for services provided to customers.
  • Organize and promote networking events within the center.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager on various tasks and projects.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and ownership of tasks.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude in fast-changing situations.
  • Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
