The Community Assistant is primarily responsible for providing high-quality customer service and dedication to current and future residents. This role involves offering excellent customer service to residents, providing administrative support to the office staff, taking pride in the property, and understanding its critical role in the property's reputation. The position is part-time, working a variable schedule not to exceed 29.5 hours per week, and requires rotating nights and weekends based on property needs. The compensation rate is $12.00 per hour plus bonus potential. The Quarters at Bloomington is the premier housing community where this role is based, consisting of 178 units and 477 beds, designed for Indiana University – Bloomington students.
