About The Position
The Community Assistant plays a vital role in providing essential services and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness at the O Lot Shelter site in Downtown San Diego. Under the direction of the Program Manager, Shelter Operations, this part-time position focuses on creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, fostering community among residents, and assisting with daily operations.
