Villa La Paz is seeking an experienced and results-driven Community Manager to lead the daily operations of a large conventional apartment community (200+ units). This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, team development, and delivering an outstanding resident experience. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader with proven success managing large conventional communities, driving occupancy, controlling delinquency, and maximizing asset performance. Position Summary The Community Manager oversees the successful day-to-day site management of the apartment community by providing leadership, direction, and motivation to the on-site team. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, while striving to achieve property goals and maximize the owner’s return on investment. This position requires professionalism, initiative, integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
