Think of yourself as someone who will exude energy, friendliness, creativity, and collaboration, so not everyone can qualify for this role. As a Community Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency. The Community Ambassador will greet all guests, teammates, and clients with ridiculous excitement. They’ll help the team with ordering supplies, making sure our site is fully stocked, planning events, as well as answering phones, and sorting and managing deliveries.
