About The Position

We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Ambassadors to join our mission-driven team—supporting nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, and local community initiatives through live events, outreach programs, and promotional campaigns.
This is an entry-level, public-facing role ideal for energetic, people-oriented candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, marketing, and event promotions. No prior experience is required — paid training and mentorship are provided.

Requirements

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college a plus but not required)
• Are outgoing, friendly, and thrive in public-facing roles
• Have strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Are coachable, goal-driven, and excited about career growth opportunities
• Are flexible to work some evenings and weekends for events

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public to share campaign goals, brand information, and community initiatives
• Assist with event setup, outreach activities, and on-site coordination
• Promote awareness, encourage participation, and support donor or customer engagement
• Track interactions and gather feedback to improve outreach efforts
• Collaborate with team members to execute outreach strategies
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
