Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
• Proven record of superb interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador of Zeta’s burgeoning brand and a catalyst for all school community communications and event planning
• Foster relationships with students, staff, families, and other stakeholders in order to ensure all members of the community feel welcomed, informed, and included
• Executing projects and tasks including managing the school events calendar, overseeing student enrollment, and compiling and distributing weekly parent communications and newsletters
• Create and adhere to processes designed for operational excellence and efficiency, with the support of the Operations Director
• Serve as the point person in our front office, ensuring all Zeta visitors receive world-class service
