In this role, you will manage the operations of a Rural Development rental property, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Your work will directly support our mission to provide housing stability and promote a sense of community. Requires some travel with mileage remibursement. Starting salary for this position is $20.11- $22.47 per hour DOE Full range is $20.11- $31.49 per hour Benefits include medical, dental, life, LTD, PTO and 403(b) Position Summary: Manages all administrative activities relating to the operation of one Rural Development rental property. Ensures compliance with SNAP procedures and applicable regulations, including but not limited to HUD regulations, including Housing Quality Standards, and Washington State Landlord-Tenant Law, to ensure that SNAP’s interests are protected. Promotes community concept among residents, providing a clean, safe, friendly, and comfortable place for people to live.
