Community Access Attendant
About The Position
Primarily responsible to serve as gate host to ensure all guests are welcome to the community and direct them accordingly. Position Responsibilities: Welcome all those entering community with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience. Assist Members and Residents with entry gate operations. Give appropriate direction to visitors. Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles. Register visitors/vehicles as necessary. Complete all entry system documentation as required. Monitor gates for maintenance related issues. Patrol community (parking lot/garage, patrol interior and exterior areas as designated, etc.) Performs other related duties as directed. Must be available for day or evening shifts
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Ability to utilize computer programs for clocking in and out as well as basic email usage.
- Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.
- Must be available for day or evening shifts
