Stallion Infrastructure Services provides integrated LEOSAT and LTE services with telephone, internet, and integrated wireless intercoms to remote oilfield and other industrial locations. Our rapid growth has created an immediate need for experienced technicians in the Kenedy, TX area.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer networking systems and components
  • Possess good written and verbal communication and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to troubleshoot on their own or with remote guidance
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work at heights
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 60lbs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Driving Record that meets fleet requirements
  • Successful completion of a DISA drug test and background screening
  • Drug-Free Workplace: Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • iDirect / isite experience

Responsibilities

  • Sets up, installs, and repairs electronic communications equipment, including computers, phone systems, wireless products, cameras, and satellite systems (technology used, but not limited to: PBX, auto acquirers, buzzer boxes, and use of hard wiring)
  • Configures network, telephone, and other communication equipment
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots network, telephone, and LEOSAT related issues
  • Maintains equipment inventory and condition
  • Completes paperwork timely, with detail and accuracy
  • Exemplifies a customer service first attitude by providing support and training
  • Communicates job progress to customers, job managers and technical services
