As the solutions architect owner, the Sales Engineering Groups have the technology and design responsibility for all sales support engagements nationwide. Motorola Solutions Inc. internship students assist Systems Engineers in all aspects of their work. Interns start out with the basics with small project assignments and gradually build up to larger projects with more responsibilities. Our goal for our student program is to develop excellent candidates for full time system engineering positions upon graduation. Our Interns design mission-critical radio communication solutions by consulting with the customer to determine their needs. In cooperation with the sales, product development, and project management teams, they develop technical strategies and generate proposals for customers. This involves coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, design of system architecture, equipment selection, proposal generation, and presenting the proposed solutions to customers. You will also work to ensure that our sales professionals and customers are kept up to date on the latest Motorola technology offerings and their relevance to customer needs. Our Senior Systems Engineers support intern development to enhance both individual and group competencies fostering a collaborative learning experience.
