About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Communications Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Seattle, WA, Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. Do you believe storytelling can spark action, shape culture, and move people to do great things? We’re looking for an excellent writer and meticulous copy editor — a visual thinker with sharp journalistic instincts, strong editorial judgment, and modern digital fluency. You’ll use multimedia and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to shape clear, compelling content that informs and inspires employees. If you take pride in tight, audience-focused prose, compelling headlines, creative publishing, and you thrive in a newsroom environment, join Boeing Corporate and Employee Communications as our next digitally savvy, strategic communicator. About the role: You will be a core member of the editorial team behind Boeing News Now, our flagship employee news network. You will help shape timely stories across an ecosystem of platforms — a daily news digest, websites, targeted newsletters, digital signage and mobile app. Many stories also publish externally in the News & Stories section of boeing.com. This role also requires hands‑on publishing experience and strong content management system skills: you’ll edit, format and publish content, and optimize posts for web and mobile.
