The Communications Specialist works alongside the Program Directors to help manage the leagues, communicate with our members, and grow brand awareness. You will manage the day-to-day communication of the local leagues including email responses, some marketing responsibilities, coach recruitment, and various customer service duties. You will ensure the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated. We pride ourselves on being available and following up quickly to set us apart from other leagues. This is primarily a work from home position with occasionally in person meetings. 2 Saturdays per month are required to be at the venues to fully understand how the leagues operate. (Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week).
