About The Position

ADAMA is one of the world's leading crop protection companies, and we're looking for a high-energy, hands-on Communications Specialist to join our Global Corporate Communications & Brand team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, get-it-done professional who's passionate about content, communication, and brand. The role will support the creation and delivery of ADAMA's communications across internal and external audiences - contributing to campaigns, content, and storytelling that build engagement and visibility among employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in communications, digital content, or brand marketing, ideally in a global organization or agency setting.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms - a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - a must.
• Ability to synchronize information quickly and communicate clearly across topics.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• experience with video editing and graphic design tools
• exposure to media relations or PR processes

Responsibilities

• Manage ADAMA's global social media channels, including hands-on planning, posting, monitoring, and analytics.
• Create and adapt written and visual content for internal and external audiences — newsletters, updates, toolkits, visuals, and digital assets.
• Support the execution of communication initiatives across campaigns, events, and corporate visits.
• Help maintain and refresh brand and communication assets — including videos, photos, templates, slide decks, and internal platforms like the company portal and Viva Engage.
• Assist with external communications and press materials, with the potential to grow into media-facing support.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure follow-through, content tracking, and cross-functional delivery.
