Wade Trim is looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team to support company-wide internal communication efforts.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications
- Strong writing, editing, and communications skills
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

- Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
Responsibilities
- Assess quality, variety, and frequency of existing internal communications and channels.
- Define clear protocols for message frequency, channels, and ownership to avoid duplication and noise.
- Review and edit company-wide communications from C-Suite, Corporate Directors, and select managers to improve quality and consistency.
- Review and edit corporate announcements and company news for intranet to improve quality.
- Project a unified corporate voice.
- Support senior leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal communications strategies.
- Review internal presentation content and visuals as needed.
- Support employee engagement and foster a positive, cohesive culture.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
