About The Position

Amazon Grocery is seeking a dynamic PR professional to support Whole Foods Market (WFM), highlighting our business growth, products, and industry differentiation and expertise while protecting brand reputation. You'll develop strategic communications that elevate our brand story and thought leaders through compelling storytelling and strong media relationships. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing skills with a passion for food.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proactive PR strategies for evergreen storytelling and major company announcements
  • Drive proactive strategy and pitching around key initiatives including the Local and Emerging Brands Program (LEAP)
  • Identify and highlight WFM experts across store and merchandise teams in media coverage
  • Support supplier storytelling and collaboration on key launch campaigns, events, and press trips
