About The Position

The Communications Specialist at St. Camillus is responsible for assisting in the execution of the campus-wide marketing plan, supporting marketing and admission efforts to achieve full occupancy. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, public speaking abilities, and a desire to work closely with mature adults and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience with marketing on social media platforms.
• Minimum 3 years experience in advertising/marketing field.
• Minimum 2-year associate degree, 4-year degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with diverse individuals or groups.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have own transportation and a valid WI driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work appropriately with minimal direction.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content creation and management.
