About The Position

The Communications Specialist I - Web/Digital role at Bronson Healthcare involves creating and managing web media content, designing campaign pages, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the hospital's website. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of one-year internship or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, or advertising.
  • Extensive knowledge of effective marketing and communication practices, with strong writing experience.
  • Experience with social media, SEO/SEM, HTML, web accessibility, and user experience is preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accomplished project management skills and ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly in various situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital advertising production and collateral development.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for monitoring content performance.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain web and digital marketing communications content for the Bronson website and multiple digital media channels.
  • Design campaign pages and ensure website accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, publish, and update content across all digital channels, providing analytics reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans for designated services within the Bronson system.
  • Collaborate with clients to review key measures such as market data and patient satisfaction to determine marketing needs and strategies.
  • Write copy for various communications and advertising vehicles according to Bronson brand standards.
  • Manage diverse marketing programs targeting segmented audiences, including consumers and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate updates with vendors for website functionality and templates.
  • Develop and track budgets for communication and marketing plans, ensuring efficient resource implementation.
