The Department of Human Services is seeking an individual to join our team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a graphic and digital designer. This position provides graphic and digital design services that the state-operated behavioral health care system needs to produce high-quality print and digital publications, as well as content for internal and external websites, newsletters and a wide range of social media platforms. This position helps establish and enforce DCT's branding guidelines to ensure that the design and use of identity logos and brandmarks are consistent across the agency and are consistent with state branding rules and standards. It is responsible for visual design and development and project management for all DCT design projects in print and digital formats, including publications, graphics, facility signage, social media templates, trade show and conference booths and displays, and more. The role also involves developing and maintaining an archiving system for print projects, design content, stock and internal photos, videos and illustrations, and working closely with writers, editors and content creators on DCT's communications team, human resources recruiting team, facilities management team and others. Please note that this position is primarily telework with a need to occasionally travel to attend meetings or visit program sites throughout Minnesota.
