About The Position

Appropriately directs all calls from both inside and outside John Muir Health Walnut Creek and Concord Campuses in a courteous, prompt manner. Responds in accordance with hospital and department guidelines and procedures to both medical center codes and emergency situations.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred
• 6 Months Clerical - Communications Clerk Required or Equivalent Medical Environment Preferred
• Basic computer and typing skills are required.
