You’ll be trusted with meaningful work that aligns with your interests and strengths, supported by mentorship and professional development opportunities, including: • A 2-day immersive orientation with leaders, peers, and fellow interns • Ongoing performance feedback to support your growth • Opportunities to connect with Advantage Capital leaders through presentations and interactive sessions • Collaboration on a capstone project alongside other interns ________________________________________ Your Work Makes a Difference As a key member of the team, you may contribute to: • Supporting internal and external communications and marketing initiatives • Assisting with content creation, including written materials, presentations, and digital assets • Helping manage and organize data, metrics, and reporting related to marketing and outreach efforts • Supporting brand awareness through social media, campaigns, and storytelling • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to highlight impact investing outcomes • Assisting with special projects based on organizational and departmental needs ________________________________________ Your Qualifications: The Journey Begins Students with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027 are encouraged to apply.
