About The Position

Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc., is seeking a creative and resourceful candidate for our Communications & Marketing Coordinator position.
The position is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing key accounts, marketing strategies and programs that promote cooperative services and enhance member engagement. This role ensures alignment with cooperative goals by designing and managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase member satisfaction and participation in cooperative programs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (work experience may substitute) and at least five (5) years of experience.
