About The Position
Eaton is hiring a Communications Manager for its Mobility Group business. This Hybrid position can be based in Southfield, MI; Beachwood, OH; Pittsburgh, PA, or Raleigh, NC. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing the global communication strategies and activities for Eaton’s Mobility Group. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic planning, development, deployment, and measurement of communication activities across the business (Vehicle and eMobility) in support of Eaton’s brand. Additionally, the individual in this role will advise and support the Mobility Senior Leadership Team with global strategic communications and plans. They will create and execute comprehensive strategic communication plans tailored to both group-wide and division-specific needs. These plans aim to boost employee engagement, foster behaviors that align with our cultural journey, support business goals, and enhance awareness of Eaton. Collaboration with Corporate Communications, Sector, Region, Business, and Human Resources will ensure these efforts are aligned and consistent with our corporate and business objectives.
