Requirements

• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Urban ministry experience preferred.
• Experience with church/ministry/non-profit communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive multi-channel communications strategy to deliver effective messaging to target audiences.
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar for ministry goals and priorities across all distribution channels.
• Safeguard the voice, tone, and brand of LSQ in adherence to the LSQ Style Guide.
• Train staff on communications protocols and effective strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure high-impact communication strategies are implemented.
• Develop communications plans for church-wide events and initiatives.
• Oversee the creation and curation of content across all communications platforms.
• Manage the communications budget and track costs.
• Supervise communications staff and independent contractors.
