You will play a key role in managing the full guest journey—from reservation through departure—while ensuring seamless operations and a luxury-level experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate guest reservations, arrivals, and departures with a high-touch, personalized approach
Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with professionalism and discretion
Maintain expert knowledge of marina services, availability, and offerings
Serve as Facility Safety Officer, ensuring OSHA and Homeland Security compliance
Train and lead marina staff to uphold luxury service and presentation standards
Oversee daily dock operations and service quality
Support marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
