About The Position

The Communications
Specialist will support overall CVP business objectives and key initiatives by executing internal communications and member engagement initiatives. In addition, the individual will always act as a leader and steward of the CVP story.

Through cross-functional collaboration, the Communications Specialist will understand business partner objectives and provide the necessary communication components, ensuring the brand voice and tone are consistent across all channels.

Requirements

• Three plus (3) years of related experience (experience levels adjusted based on educational areas of focus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines
• Extensive understanding of communications tactics and processes
• Deep understanding of the evolving communications environment and knowledge of print, digital, and broadcast media and social media platforms

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and consistent internal communications reflecting CVP’s brand and culture.
• Dispatch internal publications across all communication channels
• Collaborate with business partners to develop new or refine existing company communications
• Support overall community engagement strategy
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns
• Represent the Communications team in relevant cross-functional meetings, as needed
