LaAmistad is seeking a dynamic, creative, and mission-driven Communications Manager to lead and execute the organization’s marketing and communications strategy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping how LaAmistad is perceived by key audiences, strengthening brand awareness, and amplifying our impact through compelling storytelling. This role oversees all stages of the communications process—from concept development and message creation to execution and performance evaluation. The Communications Manager is ideal for individuals with a passion for nonprofit marketing and communications who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by meaningful, community-centered work. This position is responsible for managing all social media and communications content, as well as leading the overall marketing strategy for the organization.
