Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team based out of Lenexa, KS. The Communications Manager will lead internal and external communications, shaping how PCG informs, engages, and inspires employees and stakeholders across the enterprise. This role will elevate storytelling, strengthen culture and alignment, and ensure that all communication reflects our brand voice and business strategy. Position Summary: The Communications Manager develops and executes an integrated communications strategy that strengthens PCG’s brand, advances business objectives, and connects employees to purpose. This leader oversees all aspects of internal communications, external visibility, and digital engagement—ensuring every message reinforces PCG’s voice and values. Working closely with leaders in Corporate and Operations, the Communications Manager aligns messaging across the organization and builds systems that make communication a competitive advantage. This role also leads a growing team of communications professionals, empowering them to deliver creative, data-driven, and impactful solutions that help PCG become best-in-class in how we communicate, lead, and grow together.
