Requirements

  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept./peer review).

  • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas, methods and/or theories.
  • Employs expertise as a generalist or specialistDevelops resolutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and that require frequent use of innovative thinking/creativity.
  • Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and practices in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsDetermines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
  • Work is accomplished without considerable direction and exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment.
  • Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in the inability to reach crucial organizational objectives and may have a prolonged effect, as well as result in the expenditure of substantial resources.
  • Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and generally performs in a program/project leadership role.
  • Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.
  • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
  • University Degree / Diploma and 6+ years.
  • May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 4-6 years.
  • Doctorate’s / Post-Graduate Degree and 2-4 years.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and deploys computer-based training (CBT) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms
  • Guides training staff and shares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design
  • Develops project documentation, including CBT and e-learning development standards, templates and storyboards
