About The Position

The Communications Manager for Amazon Flex in North America is responsible for enhancing the delivery partner experience through effective communication strategies. This role involves managing communication programs, creating engaging content, and analyzing metrics to ensure high-quality interactions with delivery partners across the USA, Mexico, and Canada. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent content creation abilities, and the capacity to adapt communications for diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using email platforms and editing HTML
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of communications programs to improve the delivery partner experience, including analyzing and defining key objectives, messages, and channels.
  • Create high-quality, engaging communications and copy for delivery partners across various channels, including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and videos.
  • Create and maintain communications toolkits, processes, templates, and messaging for worldwide and local communications teams.
  • Propose and execute new methods for creating and distributing communications, identifying and driving process improvements.
  • Develop, track, and report metrics on the effectiveness of communications, continually monitoring and analyzing messaging to maximize impact.
