Requirements

• Education: BS/BA or Equivalent experience
• Required Experience: 5 years
• Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
• Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Performs inventories, replenishes consumables, and stages equipment for travel.
• Records and consolidates logistics information for analysis.
• Conducts functions checks to ensure travel equipment is mission-ready.
• Liaises with maintenance technicians to ensure out-of-service equipment is submitted for repair and returned to mission-ready status.
• Liaises with travel personnel to transfer accountability of equipment.
• Generates and updates ticketing systems to ensure proper accountability and status of available equipment, equipment being repaired, and equipment on travel.
• Provide workflow status updates for all service tickets and work orders.
• Produces monthly status reports and other reports as needed.
