The Communications Gameday Assistant position at the Arizona Diamondbacks is a part-time, seasonal role focused on supporting media operations during home games for the 2025 season. The assistant will manage media credential distribution, assist with VIP guest services, and act as a liaison between the media and the organization, ensuring smooth communication and operations on game days.

Operate and staff the media will call window.
Manage media credential distribution, including production and answering questions from media members.
Distribute field/batting practice passes for VIPs and team guests.
Represent the D-backs organization as a communications liaison to media and guests at Chase Field.
Assist with escorting VIPs/guests to the field as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the Communications staff.

Recent college graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited College or University with a minimum sophomore level status, majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Sports Business or Sports Marketing.
Knowledgeable in baseball terminology.
Excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
Highly dependable, motivated and well organized.
Excellent work ethic and ability to learn quickly.

Fluency in Spanish is desired, but not required.

Hourly pay for the duration of the 2025 season.
