The Communications & Community Engagement Specialist plays a key role in advancing the bank’s brand, voice and community mission. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Communications and working closely with the bank’s content writer and PR partner, this role manages communications across both internal and external audiences while leading community engagement efforts with partners and organizations. The specialist connects teams, partners and initiatives to the right platforms and messages. The person in this role provides direction, logistical support and insight to help ensure communications and outreach are timely, relevant and reflective of the bank’s values. This is a collaborative, execution-focused position that blends storytelling, sponsorship promotion, event support and community impact to strengthen the bank’s presence, both within the organization and in the communities it serves.
