About The Position

The Communications Associate will work closely with senior company leaders, including the CEO, President, or Director of Operations to support internal and external communications efforts. This role provides hands-on exposure to professional communications and marketing work while offering flexibility for students who are still in school. As a Communications Associate, you will support a variety of communications and marketing-related tasks, assist with coordination and logistics, and contribute to creative efforts that help LINUS communicate clearly and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student who is interested in gaining real-world experience in communications, marketing, or media.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high school and working toward a diploma
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Basic video editing experience or interest in learning

Responsibilities

  • Support communications and marketing efforts
  • Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading content for internal and external audiences
  • Help execute marketing campaigns, including preparing, packaging, and shipping physical materials
  • Provide input and support for social media posts and basic tactics
  • Assist with light video editing for external use
  • Participate in brainstorming and sharing marketing ideas
