About The Position

Beloform is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Associate to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you will support internal and external communications initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all channels. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape the company’s communication strategies and enhance brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and corporate materials.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other professional documents.
• Support corporate events, campaigns, and initiatives with communication plans and materials.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
• Monitor communications metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and effectiveness.
